“Managing Your Property, Maximizing Your Investment

We have to figure out some costs. Such as for rent pay and maintenance. 5-8 percent.
Say if rent is 15000, we can charge 7%, which will give 1050 tk.
But if the rent is 25000, we can change 5%, which will be 1250 tk.
Also to enrol 2000 tk.
For Tax pay, bill pay etc are separate, and cost will be based on transpiration and time.
We also need to talk to a lawyer to confirm the landlord’s interest.
